There’s another omega? I’m guessing he was the ML’s fated pair but he’s together with the long black haired guy we see delivering the medicine to the uke. That’s just my guess because I saw him confronting the ML and some flashbacks and I can’t think of a possible relationship between the two. They’re happy together too.
Both couples ended happily. Then we see the seme holding a little girl’s hand while uke was waiting for them and the 3 walked together.
