Is that why some manhua/manhwa gets updated with a chapter from a totally different manhua/manhwa???

That is a rare occurrence. It only happens if other aggregator sites mistake a chapter for a different manhwa, or the work of someone, whether purposely or unintentionally, posts it in those sites.
