It's been awhile since I read the chapter but from what I remember, I thought he was raped and that Touya came to save him after Kou's power had created that null space.
Koichi's power went out of control the moment he was raped. Touya was a little too late to save him.
He was penetrated, so raped.
I finally caught up with the chapters and I have been wondering if Kouichi was really raped or did Touya made it just in time to save him?
