Uhh it seems like a lot of people misunderstand where I am coming from. In this case what I "consider" rape is that the fact that black hair guy clearly knew that the light haired guy was drunk af (the reason he was in his home is bc the light haired guy was literally not capable of going home on his own) and still went ahead and done that.
