i don't think they've been dating for 7 years based on the timeline ig 2 or 3 years (idk if these events happened after yuri's story or during it) since both r n college so i think yohan is 21/22 while his lover is one year older than him
Yohan said he's in his third year, they also served the military so it's +2 years, if I remember correctly, they were together since he was in second years of high school, so it's around 6~7 years...
