Poly as you said it's an open relationship but here its not like that, fl just took the initiative to go ahead and cheat as she pleases but hey as of you as long as one says "I'm going to see other people" that means this automatically opens the relationship without the others concent but yeah who needs it, this is clearly not cheating.
