From what I am reading in the comments, the series got kikuchi(aka mind reader pretty boy) and mc together
I don’t think it’s confirmed, some people are hoping he remains single but some are also guessing who he might end up with which is usually a) high schooler b) bl writer c) mind reader
I think in the drama they did diverge and give Mc a love interest but I thought it was the high schooler.

As much as I like cutie Hatano, I feel like if MC will end up with someone, then it'll be the mind reader guy.
First of all, although MC is in a BL world, he's also in a fantasy one, him being aware of it as a BL world and that thing with his dyed hair proved so. But Hatano is just like any other normal guy in a modern world, he's like in a diff manga. Meanwhile mind reader guy has telepathy.
Also, Hatano is a raised flag from the past, a pretty common one though really persistent, definitely an ML.
Mind reader guy also possesses ML-like persona yet didn't like the MC romantically (as of now but we all know he will). He kept on chasing but they always end up in a so near yet so far scenario - a slow burn BL feature that I think is more suited in this manga lol I feel like he matches the MC's persona quite well.
Also they haven't met yet but their chemistry is already high, even the MC raised a flag when he helped him with the drink, I think of that as another sign
But I honestly doubt there will be a romance here. This is just my two cents, a personal opinion obviously.
