Sometimes, when the manhwa is new on Mangago, the ratings can fluctuate crazy fast as people start to read the chapters, rate and re-rate. Also, could be because previously bad translations were uploaded and people rated it low, then after the officials started uploading, people re-rate simultaneously. But once the dust settles, everyone sees the same ratings whereever you are.

i believe some mango user have different number? mine here 8.9. i found out a manhwa (i forgot the title), i put a comment that the rating so low (its 8.7) but then someone replied "its 9.0 tho? how is that so low?".
