Not the only one definitely lmao, but some people like the new art.

I dont get it why it's so different now, it feels like its fighting for a lighter genre, when its truthfully not. And i wonder if thats got something to do with the plot or if the art has changed for no reason, so drastically..

It feels almost as if it's making the plot itself look.. more gentle and pretty? Glazed over? Even that scene in this chapter with that blonde dude seemed almost toned down and romanticized considering it was r@pe because of the art. It makes me uncomfortable a bit.

ikrrr it's normal in almost every Korean manhwas, giving feminine attributes to the uke, not new but this one look like a literal kid at that as well.. there was no reason to make the art this way, the genre in itself is dark requires an art that's not as soft as this..

EXACTLY when there was depictions of rape it looked like there were so many 'thoughtfully' drawn panels, it made me so uncomfortable I practically had to skip those parts where there were dialogue bubbles everywhere with those- ew I'm feeling nauseated, I'll never stop talking about how every Korean authors romantize rape, there's always a rape depiction as if a bl storyline can't be developed without it.

Definitely the better way to word it, it just seems like its glazing over the rape and romantizing it so bad. But somehow ppl like that lmao

No one said it was bad lmao, it just glazes over the dark themes. The art itself is pretty, but not for dark themes.

girl let's be honest you're way too into this to accept, it's just fiction I agree but the way the author drew the rape scene was romantization fr lol, if it wasn't we people wouldn't have pointed it out,and the sole reason why so many of us are mad is because it made us uncomfortable and idk what to say if some of y'all people don't find it disturbing.. like what have y'all been reading
