Also theres a lot of stuff that caught my eye: just like how you said, kyuwons weight for an example. His target weight being 80kg doesn't match his current build imo. Dear author, that man is at least 90 kgs!! He's tall af too!! Speaking abt his height.. how does he get so much taller by just working out? Losing weight + better posture can definitely make him look taller but not THAT MUCH omg.. Also some people were sceptical but Kyuwons one year weight loss transformation is definetly possible though he would need surgery to get excess skin removed since losing that much weight in just one year would be too fast for his skin to adapt
I know right ahah x) Thought I see his former shape and height as just a comic relief. (Having tall heavy guy transforming to tall heavy muscled guy is less funny than having small cute heavy guy transforming to tall muscled hunk) But yeah, Koreans really have a serious problem with weigh matters TwT
The transformation is alright and funnycute, but it wouldn’t have hurt to make it take at least another year.
I mean kyuwon is rich, so maybe he got a surgery to remove excess skin off-screen

Muscles weigh heavier than fat. So when one does sport, they often don’t loose weight at all at first, and might even actually start weighing heavier. It’s muscle. Weigh is a parameter to check, but it gives out vague indications, and isn’t always an indicator of health.
Seeing ML’s height and musculature now, I wouldn’t be surprised he weighs really heavy x)
So yeah, don’t get worried, be kind, patient, to yourselves and others. Sport is health, whatever the weigh.
