Yeeeah... that's the forced part... them raining on him and being kinda persistent when he's clearly not interested... Like Ilina for example... he clearly sees her as a normal friend. And she saw him like that too... you could see it was just friendship... but at some point... it started to seem like she fell for him? Aside from that masked princess that's fell at first sight and is very open about liking him while being shy (she is very annoying to me), all other women around sim have some ambiguos moments where they seem to be into him amidst their normal behavior. But there's no ambiguity not interest from his side... which makes things seem weeeeirdly forced... at least that's my take on it...
Honestly till now I like none of the potential love interests... he's too op and them all feel like burdens instead of proper companions.
omg yessss the way the author wanna make him a sigma so bad by making him surrounded by SO MANY OF GIRLS is what makes me sick. at least please settle down by just three girls or sumthin... why should the characters forcedly have a majority of female?? I get that some people like this typa shit but some don't. fyi I like the main plot so far ^^
Yeah... there's absolutely no reason for that. Honestly some of them could very well be male characters that became his friends.
The only male characters around his age are his half brother and the red tower mage... that seems to be into his sister. And they only pop up sometimes. Them aside... they are all female... even the 2 swords turned into little girls...
So to you every character should be male? Seriously?
Do you know the meaning of the word SOME? It's very different from every. But honestly? Let me ask you the reverse: Is there a reason for everyone of them to be female? I mean.. even the "male" dark elf that worked with him was a female in disguise! Even Lune and the swords that technically are genderless entities were made into female characters. Why?
You said it yourself. He is not interested in them. So why are they all female? Even the 2 guys I mentioned have very specific reasons to be male: His brother, so he have someone to be king since he doesn't want to. The red tower mage, so his sister have someone that's strong enough to protect her that she can marry since she (fortunately) ain't part of the harem of women interested in him.
He doesn't have 1 close male friend... and that makes the amount of women surrounding him seem even weirder. And this is not just a problem with male MC. Many rofan with female mc also have a big lack of same gender friends. They are eithe rivals, subordinates/maids or only appear once or twice tho show how nice mc is.
You can understand that right? That we don't they all should be male, nor that we don't think he can have a female friend, but that he just... have no male friends at all and since he's not romantically interested and only sees them as friends it wouldn't be a problem if one or two of them were male instead. Or even if he made a new friend that's a male.
Not everyone of them is female tho, the magician and the half-brother are males. I do understand what you're trying to say, but then I will ask you a question, why do all these stories like this always have a male MC? What is ruining this story is not that there a lot of female characters, but that there too many secondary characters in general, they are taking attention from the MC when they aren't even strong characters, that's what's annoying, at least to me, it's like the MC is loosing importance....
You know... just by reading the 1st phrase you wrote I became obvious you didn't read what I wrote before replying. If you did you'd know I mentioned those two AND similar situations about female mc's.
I won't bother trying to talk with someone who just spout their opinion without bothering to hear/read what other say.

im on the 24th chap and he's making comments about seeing womens underwear and is blushing at how short the princess of the sword is and even said he doesnt care abt her abilities and only her beauty, he's very annoying for a male lead
