Im currently in the chapter wherein FL is pregnant with third child and currently looking at the imperial portraits. It was also confirmed that Wilhelm had three children with Dulcenea in his first life (remember he was dulceneas plaything but did not disclosed the things dulcenea did to wilhelm). FL knew about the three children wilhelm had with dulcenea since wilhelm confessed it to FL but ofcourse Wilhelm didnt love those children which made FL pity those children.
Also, billroy did receive FL love. FL tried to make up with Billroy. It was also stated at the novel that FL poured love to Bianca their second child along with the loss love she could not give to Billroy (cause Billroy was already at the palace) so Bianca was a spoiled girl.
