The drama is very much different. Didn't like it, didn't finish it, but MC is very much different there and apparently ends up with someone.
Good news is, that they make one season for every manga volume, and the series was already different from the manga in the second season, whereas in this last volume of the manga, he STILL isn't with anyone. Hopefully they both remain different and he ends up single at the end of the manga.
It has an official translation in German and I want to buy it, but I'll be pissed if he ends up with a guy at the end.
Also, it's up to three volumes right now, so there are no spoilers.
