I would say the finding the little brother arc around ch 70 is the turning pt where they both like each other
Around chapters 47/48, the ML realizes that he pretty much fell in love with the MC at first sight and that all he's ever wanted was the main character's love. But, he also realizes that because he used coercion and rape, he has ruined their relationship beyond repair. He's filled with immense regret and self-hatred that I haven't seen from any other ML in BL. He's literally in despair over how badly he's messed up. He then messes up again horrifically and has a full-on breakdown. It's messy, but the groveling from 47 to now is top-tier. Usually, groveling is maybe 4-6 chapters. This has been a long, painful period of groveling for the ML. If you like that stuff, it is chef's kiss.
yeah, warning if you start from chapter 47/48 ... the "messing up" the previous comment refers to is a rape scene committed under rut (so according to this world with blurred consciousness) which happens precisely between the middle of chapter 54 and the beginning of chapter 57
so if you fully want to avoid all rape scenes without skipping bits, you could start from the middle of chapter 57
