if you’re wondering how to add a manga on here they get added automatically. But if you mean uploading chapters you scroll down on the manga you want to upload chapters to and there should be a “upload chapter” button. if it’s ur first time uploading, it takes time for approval.

can you restate this question if you’re asking if mods upload manga or manhwa on here then no. mods have nothing to do with uploading chapters on here. but bots can upload chapters. that’s why you’ll see uploaders using place holders so bots dont upload over em.
im pretty sure there’s a wait at first so the mods can make sure there’s no spam so i guess you can say mods are partially involved? they do no cheater uploading but they do prevent spam and such
