Okay this is what I think, they are not a couple but others see them as a couple because the girl has never shown any interest in any of the guys until now. The guy doesn't want anything to do with her but she keeps bothering him with the lets eat lunch and lets walk home because she wants to be more to him. He can't refuse her because then he'll be targeted by the other guys. I could be wrong though. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
