haha the Omegaverse system is something well know in yaoi now. It's sure is a little bit like in a pack but have nothing to do with werewolf haha. So manly, it's that most of people are Beta kind of regular human, Alpha are leader best in everything and omega are emitting pheromone and in the society are often dislike and can get pregnant really easily ( even male), so they use suppressant to control their heat ( that happened like periode). After that, depending of the manga it can change a little bit but it's mostly that.
