i think it's just a matter of grammar and punctuation, and more importantly nuance.
direct translations tend to miss that, which is exactly what's happening here cuz this uploader is using MTL
it was probably something like
"Who are you?"
And then she makes a guess
"...Your Majesty?"
which turns out to be a correct guess
Could be I didn't think of translation miss. That would explain a lot Hahaha
"who are you?" - next bubble - "Your majesty" , why bother asking if you know already (╯°Д °)╯╧╧
