I’m with you. It’s super annoying and pretty pointless. The author could’ve made them a good team getting revenge and the story would go along just fine, it wasn’t even the ML’s fault that MC’s parents died. Just pointless drama at this point to try to spice up a story that didn’t need spicing.
Exactly! It made a good plot turn to shit with season 2. If the author doesn't recover the plot within the next couple of chapters, this story will flop.
