What is the original ending in the novel like?

After MC was saved by the old man MC will go to town where ML lives, because he is getting married with his sister so for the last time he wants to see ML but as the poster of him is being circulated he was attacked by one of the guard, and then the ML gets to know about this and rides the horse to find the MC while giving the command to his guards to find MC and bring him alive.....when the guards find MC he tries to escape in forest and they shoot the arrow on his shoulder later ML cries and brings him to palace for treatment, as usual MC forgives him and happy ending...

Nothing happens to her as we know ML is a Emperor he needs a Empress and uke isn't eligible for it so she quietly put up with her position, no matter how much we trash about this but logically uke isnt suitable to support seme, he is not some power uke he doesn't even know what is right or wrong. The suitable candidate for Empress is uke's sister because not only she is sharp but also good with her scheme. She can handle the materials of court (thats the Empress seme wanted)....
Thank God they changed the ending I swear if they had followed the same ending as novel I would have thrown my phone
