Yeah, you just have to login daily on the Korean version of the site. You just have to change the setting at the bottom right corner of the site once you log in on the English version. If you look under the comments on Blood Bank, its explained better there.

I've been getting free POINTS. NOT COINS. You still need to pay around $3 to redeem those points, which is actually a good deal and I use it alot. I have around 200points right now just be visiting the korean Lezhin they just give you freebies like that. Well not really freebie but lel.

You should read it on lezhin instead, just in case they track views for popularity. Reading it on Mangago takes away those views.
Lezhin does give out free coins for logging in as well. It varies by the month though. This month you could have earned up to 4 coins by logging in every day and last month they gave out 7 or 8. Lezhin also has little events every couple of days that they post on facebook and they give out 10 free coins to a selected person but obviously not many people win those. And if you have an Android phone there's the Lezhin plus app that gives 10 free coins just for installing it.

You log onto the Korean site everyday? Maybe check your gift box to see if you didn't claim them. I've been awarded 3 coins for logging in on the 9th, 18th and 24th day this month along with a total of 550 points. When you log into the Korean site a chart pops up that stamps the number of days you've logged on and the awards you've received or will receive for logging in. It only counts for the Korean site though, your logins will not be counted on the English site
