But basically he got a violent headache that made him go into a coma, then two years later he miraculously woke up. And had to take another few years to rehabilitate totally up in five years.
He's actually in 3 years coma and was rehabilitating for 2 years

I don't know about the coma part, but the terrible headache and being hospitalized and losing consciousness for it is 100% real.
