For me, it did downgraded.
The previous art have more smooth and natural line. The new art line is too thick and bold it just ugly.
And their body composition is better previously than this new art.
The colour type of previous art is more soft and pastel, while this new one is more darker and sharp like when you edit photo you maxed out the contrast setting.
In previous art, how Youngmin looks can convince me that some boys would fall in love with him.
But this new Youngmin looks seems a bit lacking...
