It's around 10 years they haven't seen each other and I think Cherry is suppose is suppose to be 8-9. And MC's husband vanished/died 7 years ago. I think it's intentionally why the artist made Cherry look mirror image to her mother and have no phyiscal traits of her father. My point is it would make sense, why the MC made a complete 180 to the ML(if he is the ML) from sleeping with him before their wedding to soon after whipping him in public to stay away from her. - to protect her child.
