Vitamin C, because I have this allergy that always makes me have runny nose the moment I wake up in the morning every single day. So, I'm taking vitamin C and it's getting better (?) but still not completely cured, the moment i didn't take vitamin C that day means that i will have runny nose tomorrow morning (=・ω・=)
I took multivitamins for a few weeks (tablets) and gummy supplements for the next few months esp vit C. I also took VitD (oral) separately since I was really low on that one. I felt lethargic, muscular pain and weakness in general.
Also had to take iron supplements. Don't ask me why, I'm really anemic and sickly.
I take vitamin C since I get sick easily. It helps strengthen your immune system and helps foster quick wound healing. I take 1 tablet or 500mg. I usually double the dose if I feel like I'm going to get sick and of course drink plenty of water since its a water soluble vitamin. (No point taking it if your body won't dissolve it)
vitamin b12 since my gp told me i had a deficiency and needed to take them every day for the rest of my life ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭ i must admit it's helped a lot
i used to take vitamin d when i lived in canada, but i definitely don't need it since i've moved back to australia. i'm getting a bit too much vitamin d these days lol
B12 cause I'm vegan and just to be safe
