Reverse grooming as in the sense that the child (adult in child’s body) is in love with the mc and is waiting till he himself is of age to have a proper relationship with the mc. Also I’m not overreacting “my friend”, if u don’t find anything wrong with this relationship maybe u r the problem.
The oc said 'reverse' grooming for a reason because it's happening in a really weird way. Plus regardless of whether he has amnesia or not he's in the body of an 11 year old child, whatever happens is weird

You're so real for this. For now we can't talk about a romance between a child and an adult because there are not in this situation. The child (who is an adult trapped inside his younger self) have one sided feelings for Taekhyung because he used to like him when he was an adult.
Taekhyung doesn't seem to harbor romantic feelings for the MC either. He begins to be attached to the kid, that's it. Developing affection for someone doesn't automatically mean you're in love ?
As you said there's no reverse grooming because Taekhyung is an adult already. If people feel uncomfortable I can understand why because that's very true that the MC have and is 11 years old which is pretty disturbing ONLY if you see their affection now as ROMANTIC which is not.
