What annoyed me in this chapter was how Dan couldn't defend himself harder and braver. Even after being trapped in such a situation, Dan started explaining himself to JK in carefully way, he had time to think about how to voice his argument more forcefully and louder. He's been on JK's staff long enough to know JK's personality and how to handle him (If only Dan had been more concerned about his professionalism towards JK than his feelings, then Dan could have defended himself in this situation easily). JK has given Dan the opportunity to explain the situation. This is very frustrating because Dan’s personality really can't keep up with JK. Dan had more than enough time to think and analyze how the spray could hurt JK. For a graduate of a prestigious university in Korea, Dan was really slow and stupid. His feelings for JK are really useless
