Yeah it could be a demon baby but I'm not going to push her down the stairs. Besides this world is so confusing. The rules are just like, be made up as it goes. I don't even care anymore. I feel like it's a demon. Like bro, MC have an oracle about slaying the demon or some shit I don't remember. So I'm guessing Lina is carrying a demon and not a child from god.
