I don’t think he did yet, or there likely would’ve been a bigger scene for it. Check chapters 70-71 where he first thought about the possibility of being pregnant. The doctor said something like they don’t have to check/or can’t check yet. So it hasn’t really been confirmed he’s event pregnant as he hasn’t tested it yet. Then chapters 72+ were mainly dealing with his brother running away and being worried about him, taking care of him, likely forgetting about the entire thing.
I rechecked and chapter 78 says “IF you were pregnant.” So he was talking about if he got pregnant and wanted to keep the kid, he’d support him and be a father, so just an if scenario. Neither of them actually know if he’s pregnant since he didn’t even get it checked yet, only the meds he checked. Readers are mainly just assuming that the mc is pregnant (up to the translated chapters) because it’s most likely the case with how these stories go, but there hasn’t been any scene that confirmed it since they’ve been busy with the little brother

They don’t have a clue about pregnancy, don’t know if he’s pregnant, don’t know when it’s safe to do so, how often, what positions they can’t do. Anyways I don’t think you can speak for all the pregnant women in the world since every case is different, I personally know friends who couldn’t do it or do certain things due to their cases being different. (Weaker body, certain health conditions, some issues with the child, etc).
