I thought so too, but the dress she wearing is empire waist dress which is placed much higher than normal. Making her seems to have a short torso and longer legs
I think if the dress band set in the normal waistline it would have been better overall
I know it's been mentioned before (that one time when she was sitting down) but she looks so long
