Do you know this manga?

I remember it was a yaoi, and there was a scary looking (but actually nice) employee at this company, and a kind, slightly older guy above him who had this hidden scary side. The younger guy even had a nickname his co-workers would call him jokingly. I remember one scene where some co-workers provoke the younger guy during a lunch break or something, and the older guy steps in. Lol, I can't remember the name of this manga - does anyone know it?
