well regardless it is still a reupload and since there is no uploader name it was done by the bots. plus this exact chapter was already uploaded on march 10 in the Given manga page
I think it's the continuation of the main series, just with timeskip (even tho it seems more like sequel)
But there's already preorder for physical copy of it in English, it's labelled like Given vol. 9 by Sublime snd scheduled to be released on August 23th
Volume 9 is the last volume of the original series that ended last year. You need at least 5 chapters of the NEW serialization before we'll get a new volume. At this time the new chapters are being released every 2 months in the Japanese magazine Cheri+.
Old story was a vol 8. It ended there, I have them all. In Blackwell's bookstore it's labelled as vol 9 and is in preorder. That's why I said volume. I know you need more than one chapter to have it, so I don't know what will be in there or if Sublime (publisher for English version) and bookstores 'named' it wrongly. Anyway I'll see what us is once I receive it
