Can someone explained to me, the closure meaning at the end chapter??

As much as I realized, each of 10 chapter consist a volume.
It was 30th chapter and also end of 3rd volume.
They'll start the 4th volume in upcoming days and asked us to stay tuned.
During this gap they'll decide on their content.
