There's this one that I kind of like but you have to get used to the themes.
The premise of it is kind of like the (seme) has a weird thing for rape. So so gross I know and I hate it about this manga but he only does it with the person he's in a relationship with that consents at the start of their relationship to kind of just let him. And the (uke) is this other really attractive guy who loves sleeping with women and constantly is threatening the seme with he fact he's going to cheat on him. So obviously a very different story but the dynamic is kind of similar.
