Uhh idk if I explained this well but the guy that wrote the letter hopes they can eat breakfast together like how a wife and husband eat breakfast together and in Japan I think they usually eat a breakfast containing miso, fish, rice, etc. hence the fish part. So basically he hopes they can be together like a wife and husband
