I think he knows he likes Yona and Hak as they are his childhood friends and he is shown to have good memories with them but he stilled KILLED someone both Yona and Hak loved. To be able to do that even for the good of your country is evidence that his emotions are somewhat misplaced. So even if he realises his feelings he will probably make their relationship worse by nearly killing one of the dragons or Hak!

I find soo won a little bit creepy. I know people are starting to sympathize with him but something about him gives me the creeps. I don't think he will ever get married unless it is a marriage of convenience with no love, since he lost his right to love a girl when he killed yona's father on her birthday.
