In my understanding, the ex of mc put mc in a dream when he got into a coma cuz of an accident.
The mc's new body is the body of the ex girlfriend.
And basicslly mc and new mc live forever in the dream till the original body dies.
I was so invested in the story that the whole dream thing felt like a slap to my face. I am still angry to this day

This manwha has a novel and I've finished reading it, what i can only say is that the novel is all about how the protagonist died and was reborn just to turn into the person whom he had love and is possessive of. The thing is in his first life he is Qin Yuefang and in his second life he was reborn into fang yeyin.
Well to shorten it i'd say this is a (SELF-CEST) manwha i guess .
