From what i know, if you file a divorce by yourself it means going to the family court. So yes he can divorce her in court.

Well tbh not really if u bought stuff like home/car etc together and its a whole different world when u have kids. But when u have nothing its easy to divorce anyways.

i am assuming that the husband doesnt love her since he is gay but i would say what he feels toward her is like familly since they lived l togerhr ong enught so if i was him i wouldnt want her to be broken and just leave her like that but to agree and understant that we cant be togethr anymore ))))))))) what annoyes me is the girl her husband is gaaay not bi what is there left to say lol she still wana stay with hm and have sex only with him cus she love him idk if she has a brain or not

I dont think he saw her in any type of way , how I understood that scene is he simply thought she was lieing or faking it when she was saying she loves him , , even if he didn't lover her cus he is gay , when someone hears that a person's who used to love them suddenly isn't there will be a reaction, but the reaction doesn't mean he loves her cus at the end he is gay , it just mean he is normal cus most people would get a reaction.

Well about the delusion, she is old enough to be responsible for herself there should be no room to such big delusion like what if I can still be with my gay husband lol if he was bi we could say okay there is a reason and hope , and either way idk how the manga is heading but if the author decided to change the husband from gay to bi then I give up cus there is no ground rules or reasons for the manga then
