From what i remember, the male lead (forgot his name lol) switches bodies with the main character’s crush/ i think best friend(?) and so after they found out, male lead could only pretend to be the boy he switched with. He coulnt keep it up anf so his parents had to accept it.

Then at the end of the season, male lead’s old bsf (when he didnt switch) found male leads original body with presumably the guy that male lead switched with.
