What are you talking about? In Moritat, Law was lying about having Hemophilia. It was only Jesse all along, although I don't know why Law lied about having this condion.

Law switched many events in the VR so that Law acted as Jesse and Jesse was forced into Law's role--for short times.

I know there's probably a deeper meaning for this happening as well. In chapter 24 raws...*spoiler ahead*

I used my translator app and it seems that Law confesses to Jesse bluntly how he feels but wants their relationship to be fair/equal and doesn't believe that it is as it stands. That's just an interpretation of what I was able to get out of the translator though, but I can't be sure since electronic translators are pretty unreliable (though I trust Korean translations more than Japanese ones)
