Wait is he actually a dog?? The title and summary are confusing me.
I'll try and explain a bit better.
So this astronaut was in space for like 5 years if I'm right and he was with a robot dog the whole times right? Since he was in space for that long he got lonely and talked to the dog like it was a real human being so his brain associated dogs as humans. When he reached Earth he had a crash landing and people went over to get him but he saw the people as dogs and was confused why dogs were helping him instead of people and thought that maybe dogs ruled over Earth now. Later he is brought to the hospital and every human he sees is a dog and every dog he sees is a human (in his eyes) so people tried their best to bring him back to normal through social therapy (if I remember right)

So in the shower I remembered this one manhwa(?) where an atronaut came back to Earth with a dog (who he thought was a human the whole time) And that messed up with his relatiy of things so he saw people as dogs and dogs as people (if you get what I mean) I've been looking evcerywhere but I lost it. oh if its helps I think it was a bl?
