There's spoilers down on the comment section also if you read the last chapter you can kind of tell whenever she talks about him behaving differently that he didn't hate her.
I love that the emperor and the princess never had a bad relationship and won't in the future. It's the annoying people who brainwashed him, especially when the princess went missing they got to him and made him like this otherwise he adores his little sister. Make note just this chapter she just said her brother never avoided her. She's just purposely become standoffish with others in this timeline otherwise people do like her.
