I think you should get your ears cleaned.
Please have it check and do not self medicate! It can be due to a more serious problem and self medicating might pose a more complicated condition. Hope you’ll be okay!
have an ent doctor clean your ears. it’s like you hear everything in 4k after a thorough ear cleaning.
