Technically still a form of rape the problem is he thought it was Yooli he was with not Soobin. Basically he would have been fine with Yooli he doesn’t feel that way towards with Soobin so it’s non consensual. He basically took advantage of him being drugged to get out some of his desires. It’s basically still a form of Date Rape he would have probably went further if the uke didn’t call out Yooli name.
