Uh no it seems like he has short term memory lose from the accident. That's why the seme says "I'm sick of this" cause the uke is forever stuck in the past and can't move forward with the seme. They can't become a couple because of the injury.
I don't really like Psychological genres. It has only 8 chaps and the uke kept lost in track or he is losing his mind because of the seme which is he manipulating the uke. Hmmm dunno my head hurts
