Nah, fr I agree on so many levels.. And I'll say it again, it was so brave of him to stand there and actually try to get a word with Jaekyung, knowing how that man can go ballistic at will. But he was there, after all those years of being used to getting beat up, he stood up.
I know Kim Dan is acting weak and like not tough like the mc we want but ya'll also need to also understand his situation so like we all know that debt piled up when his grandmother got sick so ever since then I believe that he developed trauma and got used of always getting stepped on by other people just to survive and make money, and also he loves joojaekyung as much as I hate to admit but yeah, his type of love is sacrificial ( in my opinon I think it is because of all the like sacrifices he did for his grandmother just to give her good medication and have her cured ) and he never learned to stand up for himself all throughout his youth because he always had to he the one to make adjustments and work, he was used to that lifestyle and so on I'm just hoping for character development at this point. ( this is just my opinion )
