I don't think she's trying to to gain power for herself . . . This is just my personal interpretation so far, but I'm pretty sure she sees herself as free now that she's a maid, but she can't help but empathize with the young princess because of her own past. She's now trying to be the support for the princess that she never had when she herself was a princess suffering abuse and neglect. The power struggle is just a means to help the princess survive.
But you could be right that she's actually turning into a power hungry villain, I just think that'd be kind of out of left field especially since the story started with her celebrating her fall from her confining status
Make sense, can be a bit intoxicated are habits r the product of our habitats ,there may be no ultra motive just self pity and reflection
I felt that too home girl is becoming moraly grey. Like that sneaky cheeky little smile when the other princess was getting hit.
Is the FL is a villain now ?? Seem like she is intoxicating the princess and using her as a pawn , while gaining power is important to protect ur self why do I feel that their ways question morality
