Repugnant? I believe you're taking this too seriously, this isn't aimed at a real person but at fictional toxic characters. There's something called "venting", which i believe is allowed in the comment section of a webtoon (which by the way is fictional, just in case i didn't mention it). Also i highly doubt the comment was made with the purpose of being "funny" in the first place. If you want to call something "repugnant", this should be the fact that we read said webtoon illegally. Now those are actions that actually affect people in real life.
