I read it a while ago, but I want to re-read it. I do remember the story pretty well, so I'll try to give as many details I can remember
The MC was a girl who loved astronomy, and she died on a mountain on her way to the observatory. She lives in a house in the heavens that she can afford because her name is spoken a lot which one way you earn currency in the afterlife. She's over her guy childhood friend who's into rocks. The guy can't forget her, but she wants him to live his life. The guy has a(n alive) girl chasing after him. To make her childhood friend give up on her, she cuts her hair, uses it as currency, and gives him back a necklace that he gave her.
I think there was also an extra about how Kanji from their two names from the Japanese word for Venus?
