i havent found any full chapters after ch15 either but one user on weibo posted a couple screenshots of the chinese translation for ch17 so im going off those^^
its easy to mix them up but the blonde dude in the this chapter (whos also the guy with the eyepatch mc thinks of in the previous chapters) and the guy who mc was at the experiment facility with are two different characters!
the flashback were currently in shows mc meeting the rebel group hes in so its after he left and forgot about the daycare^^
they look almost identical so i can only guess theyre gonna have some sort of connection thats revealed in future chapters but rn theyre just 2 dudes with weirdly similar character design
